What kind of events does Ivy illustrate at? All of them! Her most popular events are Activation Events for Designer Brands, Charity Galas and Corporate Events. Ivy has also done her share of Weddings, Brand Launches, Design Studio Grand Openings, Trunk Shows, Fashion Shows, Bachelorette Parties, Graduation Parties, Bar Mitzvahs & Bat Mitzvahs.
What kind of events does Ivy illustrate at?

Ivy takes photos of guests as they arrive and while they enjoy your event, Ivy creates fashion illustrations of them. Guests are able to take their fashion illustrations home as a memento of the event. It takes about 5-8 minutes per person, with a max of 1-2 people per illustration (10-16 minutes total per illustration).

What medium is the illustration drawn in?
Professional Copic Markers and ink pens on 8" x 10" marker paper.
How quickly are illustrations done?
Each figure takes about 5-8 minutes, about 10-16 minutes for a couple.
What is the process for the day of the event?
Ivy arrives about an hour prior to her start time (usually cocktail hour). Actual set up time is 5 minutes. As guests arrive at her station, she takes a photo of the guests to draw from. Guests enjoy the event and take their sketch home.
What does the venue/host need to provide?
A table and one chair. A large round or 6' table is best so the illustrations can be on display as they are completed.
Can my own branding be applied to the paper?
Yes! The host provides the graphic and Ivy has the graphic applied to the marker paper at her local print shop for an additional cost of $150.
Does Ivy travel outside of the Milwaukee area?
Yes! Ivy has traveled all over the United States and internationally for events. For most events 2+ hours outside of the Milwaukee area will incur added travel expenses.
What is the hourly rate?
Each event is unique. All pricing will be quoted individually. For an accurate quote, please fill out a form via the contact page.
Are there any restrictions?
Most events are first come first served. To draw as many guests as possible, only 1-2 people per illustration and one illustration per person. Guests must be in attendance. Exceptions can be made ahead of events with Ivy.

Ivy arrives prior to the ceremony to lay out the composition and continues to create your work of art through the evening. The piece of art focuses on the couple and elements of the venue where the magical moment is taking place. Ivy takes the painting home to add final touches, as she wants this piece of art to be something you'll love having displayed on the walls of your home. Your likeness and proportions are important to her!
