What kind of events does Ivy illustrate at? All of them! Her most popular events are Activation Events for Designer Brands, Charity Galas and Corporate Events. Ivy has also done her share of Weddings, Brand Launches, Design Studio Grand Openings, Trunk Shows, Fashion Shows, Bachelorette Parties, Graduation Parties, Bar Mitzvahs & Bat Mitzvahs.
Ivy takes photos of guests as they arrive and while they enjoy your event, Ivy creates fashion illustrations of them. Guests are able to take their fashion illustrations home as a memento of the event. It takes about 5-8 minutes per person, with a max of 1-2 people per illustration (10-16 minutes total per illustration).

Each figure takes about 5-8 minutes, about 10-16 minutes for a couple.
Ivy arrives about an hour prior to her start time (usually cocktail hour). Actual set up time is 5 minutes. As guests arrive at her station, she takes a photo of the guests to draw from. Guests enjoy the event and take their sketch home.
A table and one chair. A large round or 6' table is best so the illustrations can be on display as they are completed.
Yes! The host provides the graphic and Ivy has the graphic applied to the marker paper at her local print shop for an additional cost of $150.
Yes! Ivy has traveled all over the United States and internationally for events. For most events 2+ hours outside of the Milwaukee area will incur added travel expenses.
